End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Magical Mystery Audio ("we", "us") and governs your use of our software plugins, including all associated files, presets, model data, and documentation (together, the "Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. Grant of license
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use the Software on any computers that you personally own or control, for both personal and commercial music production. There is no copy protection, activation, or install limit — we trust you. In return, we ask that you keep your copy to yourself.
2. Permitted use
- You may use the Software to create, record, mix, and master audio, and you own 100% of the audio you create with it, royalty-free.
- You may make backup copies of the installer for your own archival purposes.
- You may install the Software on all of your own machines — studio rig, laptop, whatever you use.
3. Please don't
Our plugins ship with no DRM because we believe paying customers shouldn't be treated like suspects. That model only works if people play fair. So please don't:
- Share, upload, resell, or redistribute the Software or your download links — every copy shared is a small company's lost sale
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, or extract the model data or impulse responses for use outside the Software
- Use the Software or its models to build a competing product or to train other machine-learning models
4. Trademarks and hardware references
Product names of original hardware referenced by the Software are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely to identify the hardware that was studied and modelled during development. Magical Mystery Audio is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of those manufacturers.
5. Updates and support
Your purchase includes free updates to the Software for its supported lifetime. We aim to answer support requests promptly but do not guarantee response times. If we ever discontinue a product, your installed copies will keep working — nothing phones home, so nothing can be switched off.
6. Refunds
Because the Software is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final once the Software has been downloaded, except where a refund is required by law. If a plugin does not work on your system, contact us first — we will do our best to fix it.
7. Disclaimer of warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will be compatible with every host application or system configuration.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Magical Mystery Audio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, projects, or profits) arising from the use or inability to use the Software. Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
9. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you materially breach this Agreement (for example, by redistributing the Software). Upon termination you must uninstall and delete all copies. Sections 4, 7, and 8 survive termination.
10. General
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update this Agreement for future versions of the Software; the version in effect when you purchased applies to your license.
